Information you choose to share
An enquiry may include your name, email address, organisation, project location, area of interest, project stage and the outline you provide. Organisation and location are optional. Please leave out confidential plant records and sensitive personal information from an initial enquiry.
How the enquiry form works
When you submit the form, the website sends your enquiry to our business inbox through the configured email service. The website validates the fields and uses spam controls, including request timing and a rate limit. It does not keep enquiry contents in a separate website database.
The form does not save your enquiry in browser storage. Leaving or reloading the page can clear it. Downloading creates a text file on your device; copying places the enquiry on your clipboard.
How correspondence is used
We use information you send to understand your request, reply, discuss a potential engagement and manage the resulting business relationship. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Hosting and email services
Vercel hosts this website and processes technical information needed to serve and protect it, such as network requests and IP addresses. Our business inbox uses Microsoft 365. Your own email provider also processes messages you choose to send. These services may process information in countries other than your own.
This website adds no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. We do not provide a visitor account or require a social sign-in.
Retention and your requests
We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up, manage an engagement and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask us to stop following up. We may need to confirm your identity and explain any records that must be retained.
